Description
MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine is a nonsteroidal SARM / selective androgen receptor modulator, that has tissue-selective anabolic effects in muscle and bone, sparing other androgenic tissue related to hair growth in female and prostate effects in male. MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine is one of the most favorable of any bodybuilding SARMS for being the most anabolic.
You can not campare it to anabolic steroids. But in one aspect, you also see none of the side effects you would see with steroids. MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine was originally prescribed for the treatment and prevention of muscle wasting. Cancer induced muscle wasting begins early in the course of a patient's malignant disease. when given to the patients, lean muscle mass was observed.

Dosage:
1) Muscle Bulking: MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine used for gaining lean muscle.
Suggested dosage is 25 mg for 4-6 weeks. An increase of 6 lbs. of lean, keepable gains can be observed during this period. Suppression is expected in higher doses so PCT after a cycle is a must. You can take MK-2866 as high as 36 mg for 8 weeks but only if you weigh 210 lbs.
2) Muscle Cutting: MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine can help cut whilst preserving muscle gains and decreasing calories.
Suggested dosing is 12.5-15 mg for 4-6 weeks.
3) Muscle Recomping: MK-2866 / Enobosarm / Ostarine recomping due to its nutrient portioning results. Calorie is used to build muscle which helps in weight loss and enhancing muscle mass and strength.
Suggested dosing is 12.5-25 mg for 4-8 weeks.Your diet must contain 30% of lean sources of protein to achieve the best recomp result.
Normal Dosage Recommand
Taking a dose of 25 mg/day. NOT more than 40 mg/day.
Notes: For the best results it should be taken at the same time each day. Muscle gains can be as much as 7 pounds and they can be seen over a period of 8 weeks.
